Shipping policy
This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect regarding customs charges outside the European Union.
Rush Museum is a trading name of Francisco José Domínguez Fernández, NIF 28649351E, Calle Cerro de la Atalaya 24, 41089 Quinto, Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain. You can reach us at hola@rushmuseum.art.
1. Where we ship
We ship internationally from Spain. The destinations currently available are the ones you can select at checkout. If your country does not appear in the address selector, we are not able to ship there at the moment.
Availability changes as we complete regulatory registrations in new markets, so the checkout is always the accurate list.
2. How long it takes
There are two separate stages, and they work differently.
2.1 Dispatch: our commitment
We dispatch orders within 7 working days of receiving payment. Most orders leave well before that.
If we cannot meet this because an item needs reprinting or is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as we know, tell you the expected date, and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.
2.2 Transit: an estimate, not a guarantee
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery time is in their hands. As a guide:
| Destination | Typical transit |
|---|---|
| Spain | 2 to 5 working days |
| Rest of Europe | 4 to 10 working days |
| Rest of the world | 7 to 21 working days |
These figures are indicative. Customs inspections, carrier delays, remote addresses and peak periods can extend them, and we cannot commit to transit times on the carrier's behalf.
2.3 Maximum delivery time
Unless we have expressly agreed a different date with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being concluded, under Article 109 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
If that deadline passes and you have not received your order, you may ask us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If we fail to deliver within that additional period, you are entitled to terminate the contract, and we will refund everything you paid without undue delay.
3. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email when your parcel is dispatched.
4. Shipping addresses
You can ship to an address different from your billing address. Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.
5. Customs, duties and import taxes outside the European Union
This section matters if your delivery address is outside the European Union.
The price you pay us covers the goods and the shipping service. It does not include any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees applied in your country.
Where such charges apply, they are set by the authorities of the destination country, they are payable by you as the importer, and they are outside our control. Carriers usually collect them before or at delivery, and some add their own handling fee.
We cannot tell you in advance what these charges will be, as they depend on your country's rules and thresholds. If you are unsure, your national customs service can tell you what applies to printed books and similar goods.
We do not declare goods at a lower value than their sale price, and we do not mark commercial shipments as gifts.
6. Undelivered parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, for example because the address was incomplete, nobody was available, or charges in the destination country were not paid, we will email you at the address on your order to agree how to proceed.
7. Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please write to hola@rushmuseum.art with photographs. We will resolve it at no cost to you. See our Refund policy for how this works.
8. Products made to order
Some items are produced to order by our production partners, whose facilities may be located outside Spain. Where this applies, it is indicated on the product page, and dispatch times for those items are stated there rather than in section 2.1 above.
9. Questions
Write to us at hola@rushmuseum.art. We normally reply within two working days, and in any event within fourteen days.
